440 saturated or 500+ p&h ?
i'm ditching my various bandaids and going with a PMS for my supercharged prelude (2000 sh.)
current setup is a vafc, jr ems (btc + map converter etc) and cartech 2025 fmu. i want to get rid of the fmu also, which means my 370cc injectors probably won't cut it. when i was on the dyno, it took about 90psi of fuel to get 12.5:1 on the 370s, but we strongly suspect that has a lot to do with various crappy electronics.
does everyone think 440s would be enough? the car is/was putting down around 220whp, but i'm planning on upping the boost a bit. i don't want to go bigger if i can avoid it because of the resistor pack needed to run the bigger injecters (RC doesn't offer saturated injectors bigger than 440cc.)
the formulas at the rc site are useful, but my proposed setup is right at the edge. thanks in advance.

Hmmm, sounds like the 440's may be hitting their upper limits with your setup. If you up the boost from here, which I suspect you will having the PMS, then you may want to consider using the resistor pack with some larger peak-and-hold injectors. I don't advise running over 80-85% duty cycle on the injectors, and I think with your setup you may be either right there or just above that. Hope this helps.

i wonder what that's based on... seems like if it took my car 370cc at 85% dc to get 220whp something is wrong. maybe ridding myself of all the crap electronics will help, but dc is dc!

i believe RC does carry larger saturated injectors. look towards the bottom of this page. http://www.rceng.com/prices.htm
