Turbo B16 VTEC is usually around 4800, not 6500.

This is a case in which you gotta just let the man finish his work, then see. The OP made it sound that this was after several sessions of tuning.

 

haha yea he did , and made it sound like the car only made 240whp at 8k . Just to find out the tuner was only revving to 6.5k but a couple days to figure out the maps and how to make power ? I mean come on it sound's like he needs a better tuner . i would have made the trip to locash in a heartbeat , there proven to be good at tuning cars

And this was several pulls.. I've heard of good responses of this guy from other people and he's tuned many beefed out cars of his own... I do trust he knows what he's doing. Like I said there's whole new everything on this car and I'm sure that he didn't want to go run it up to 8000 on the first runs... I didn't realize myself that just going another 1500 rmps will get me another 50 hp (or I definetly wouldn't have posted this)... Sorry but that's my fault..

might want to consider getting better injectors or a fuel pump (or both). just going off of RC's calculator, you're injectors are maxing out their potential around 275 HP

 

I probably should get bigger injectors.. I have heard of people going over 300hp with the 550s but I do agree that I will need some bigger injectors soon..

As for the fuel pump I have already upgraded.. I'm sorry I forgot to post it but I did upgrade to a Walbro 255.

 

who is tuning the car?

 

Like everybody else has said, why is he only taking it up to 6500 rpms anyway?
