Default Having trouble reading code

Car 95 civic/ Motor is LS/VTEC with p28 ecu runing hondata s100. I have a check engine light on, ran a jumper wire into the plug all I get is SRS light blinking and the check engine light goes off. Trying to figure out how to actually read the code so I can fix the problem because the car doesn't drive like it should.

You probably need to take the car to a hondata tuner to have them hookup a s200 module to the vehicle to pull the codes.
