I posted this over on the eCtune forums, but they seem dead. So maybe you guys can help.

I was tuned on eCtune by my tuner, and the car is running great building 12 lbs of boost using a 6lb wastegate spring. I have the duty set to 55% for this.

My setup is Ostrich 1.0 and Hulog. Ectune 0.0.2.3 r17

First off, I have the EBC plumbed up according to xenocrons guide. #1 going to boost/vac, #2 going to wastegate and #3 has a muffler.

I have to have the solenoid config set to NO, as NC does not work. I have tried NC and no matter what, it will not build boost (I have heard they are switched in the software).

I have my EBC Activation set to 4.5psi, Fast spool 0%, and WasteG 4psi. With a fixed duty cycle of 55% I am getting 12 lbs of boost which I am tuned on like I said.

I would like to set fast spool to 10psi, but cannot get it to work. I have set EBC activation to 10psi, fast spool 100% and I only get wastegate boost.

I have tried every possible combination i can think of (different activations, fast spool duty cycles, and wastegate values), and it seems it will only build wastegate pressure.

If I datalog a pull, the duty cycle never goes above my fixed 55% I have set.

Lastly, If i set the fixed duty to 65% it ups my boost and I make 15+ lbs of boost.

What is wrong with the fast spool?

Only works in boost by gear/rpm. Chane to that and keep Activation below spring pressure, 3-4 psi should work fine.
