B18b1 start up problem

B18b1 start up problem
Have a 94 honda civic with b18b1 motor in it. Just changed all the gaskets and seals put back together and went to start it. It fired right up but it goes to redline every time then I gotta hurry and shut it off. What are some things I can do to fix. I'm sure it's something minor. I don't know a whole lot about this stuff. Please help!!!!
