Why doesn't someone on this board (or if they know someone who is willing) who has a 9sec civic re-challenge the T/A. I've seen it done on Pinks already.
1st show next season.
Man even down here we honda guys are getting flack from the other imports for the lame showing.
Props to you Jon for actually goin on the show, but it was your car which was at stake. If the pro driver turned you down then you should haved back down or set a later date.
Man come to think of it if I were you I would re-challenge them. You will gain back a lot of respect on this board.

1. I hate to say it, but you need to learn how to drive.

2. What were you thinking even trying to run a 600whp car on street tires? You know that was the most pointless thing you could have done.

3. What did you even launch the car at on the slicks? You seemed to bog one of the runs.

The car had potential.

remember the vid a while back that got posted here of the mustang upside down on its roof - still running a 14 - and you guys though the guy was so calm and cool that he must be a professional drive

slow s4, it takes alot of ***** to go on any tv show. there was no talk of buying any cars back before the show, and the winner did leave w/ both cars. i dont know what happened in the following days. and i wasnt refering to your car being slow.
also i had nothing to do w/ johns car, i never even saw the car before the show. i was only there to watch, and give a hand if needed. i was never asked for any help or advice, all i did was stand back and watch thats it.
as far as the line being cut, the only reason it was a question was while both teams were looking eachothers cars over on of their guys reached in and had his hands on the wastegate/line. i didnt think the line being cut was a big deal, the races were already lost, fix the **** and move on.

IF it were up to me, the car would have been on slicks like i said, i wasnt involved.
i was there to watch.yeah i might know if the motor wasnt making boost, IF it were my car and i was the one driving it, get a clue.

the only reason im on here now is because im tired of seeing everyone bash john, when at least he tried and NONE of you guys that are talking **** would even go on the show. your mom would take the paddle to your *** if you lost her accord.

everybody knew who he was, we were all talking throughout the show. even though there looked to be alot of arguing going on, it was a fun time and im going to give a to john for going out and giving it a shot win or lose.

Man that car was driven by total ricer. The kid couldn't drive for ****. Open diff. Getting played by TA. He was supposed to loose from begining.

BTW you guys do know that they never loose cars. It's called illegal gambeling, and there have been plenty of times where people that were supposed to loose their cars that have been hinting that they still got them.

if you ran a 11.3 with a 1.75 60 foot with 400 ish whp , how do you figure it was a nine second car ??? as far as driving , it is all in the driver and learning how to shift and launch the car , sorry you lost to the ws6 but it was a shitty race i think , better luck next time

Just wanted to let you know what i mean by shitty , the ws6 had the advatgage over you no matter what , i think they could have paired you with a better race seeing how that car could run in the high nines easy

so far from wat i have read or heard about imports on pinks it seems that they like to pair them up unfairly lol. wasnt this why they redid the hasport crx vs the vw bug over again?
