Can you tell us honestly how much you or your dad had to pay to buy back your car? The guy with the T/A says it was nowhere even close to $300. I'm assuming it was in the thousands? He fried it from being on the trans brake too long after not being able to see the flagger since he was 20 car lengths out. LOL, that was really funny. They should have given him a pair of binoculars.
Do you know what it's like running on a Turbo 400 trans with only 2 out of the 3 gears present?

 

The body kit was more of a joke i am not a ricer i can put of some pics of the hatch when it is done from the body shop but me and my friend built the car but i happy with what the car has done so far.

i was more mad at the show for pairing me against the car and he apoligized afterwards and everything was cool.

 

listen the setup i ran before was on 29psi the last race on race gas i drove the coupe at capital one time and ran a 11 on low boost the hatch that i drove last sunday went a 11.3 @ 127 on pump gas ans 17psi not the red car

i let everything slide until now. you will not start blaming me for your fuckup. you picked the car up 5 days before this race, not 2. my parts were in Ohio with me racing that weekend so sorry i didnt give them to you. but the parts could have easily been installed on monday in the matter of 2-3 hrs. at first all i was supposed to do was the roll bar, then all the sudden 6 days before the race i have to redo the tranny and replace stuff in the motor, i wont even mention how little $ i actually charged you to get all this done in less than a week.

bottom line is you turned your back on the only person that had a clue how to get that car down a track, i didnt not turn my back to you until after you left me hanging. as i said before you took a bunch of street racers to a track and got humiliated.

Reguardless of what happened on pinks, I know Jon personally and he is a great guy and he's a doing a hell of job driving his new hatch. I've seen it hit the times at the track personally.

Seeing him on the show and seeing him now I can tell there is a lot of improvement on his part. The car was/is bad *** reguardless, I give him mad respect for going up there and putting his **** on the line, whether it be a humiliation in your eyes to the "import scene" or not, go race some mustang GT's or something, get your rep up for the import scene.

Its easy for you guys to sit here and talk so much **** but why be so negative towards a fellow honda owner? I guarentee you his car is faster than alot of the peoples on this board.

It was his $300 on the line, not yours, so get off his back. Not everybody can afford a Full Race pimped out all out drag Civic. This kid had a street car, and wanted to have fun.

Look at it this way, if domestics (which they won't give a ****) think that Hondas now suck even more ***** because of this PINKS episode, you'll get more domestics pimping all you ballers for races. Then when your "all out drag civic" that you think you own" beats that domestic you can rub it more into their face.

If they put down Hondas more, that just makes your more of an underdog, and makes the wins you get that much sweeter.
