ok...i flamed u pretty bad on another thread but u have earned my respect a lil cause your standing up for yourself. I just wanna thank you for setting Import tuning back about 5 years. Dood, you so played yourself with that 20 car lead. U should scrape the coupe and get yourself a hatch. Imma big dood just like you so dropping some pounds will make u faster as well. DOOD "To thine own self be true" dont play yourself for no one. Not only did you look like an idoit but the you made the rest of us look just as stupid. Better luck next and have someone with some drag experience run ur car for u...

What kind of street car would you guys have to run my S4 with this weekend? I'd like to keep friends out of this, so how about your car or Jon's vs my S4?

I may talk a lot of ****, but I do back it up with my car. My S4 has a stock block/stock internals/stock heads/stock cams/no nitrous/etc.

I'm willing to bet anyone reading this thread right now would pay a $300 entry fee just to get their 30 minutes of fame on the air. No ***** there. Oh and if there was so much ***** involved, why did the owner start *crying* after he thought his car was gone for good?

I found it pretty fucked up that you guys would accuse the older guys of pulling the vacuum line... I mean, come on, there were how many people, cameras, etc. there? How in the hell could they pull something like that off even if they wanted to? And WHY would they even NEED to do that? They had a way faster car and could just as easily sandbag you guys on every run. They PROVED they were LEGITIMATE and FAIR when they refused to take the Civic after your buddy jumped on the 3rd race. If they were dirty at all, they obviously would have taken the car after being given the opportunity.

I thought you guys acted rather childish and immature... definitely not the type that participate in import events or have much experience in drag racing. Assuming the winner actually won the opponent's car (which they didn't since he got to buy it back for $300), I'd still say it was more stupidity than ***** going on the show like that when you guys were as unprepared as you were. You guys had how much time to get ready for the show? You'd think you'd at least take the car to the track once or twice before the show to get an idea of what it runs, how consistent it is, how reliable it is, let the driver get some seat time and practice, etc, etc.

You say I don't have anything FAST and am just hating, but I'm willing to back it up by running you or your friend for cash. I'm not just another hater... I'm willing to run my mouth AND my car.

the problem is jon and his team having no experence watsoever, if I would have been the driver/crew cheif of your car it still probly would have lost, however I would not have made a complete fool of my self on TV and would have at least contended. I don't give you props period, you are a complete tool.
with my car in race trim I would have blown the **** out of that p.o.s firebird and givin us some justice but I'm smart enough to not go on pinks and lose my car! 24hrs later and I'm still pissed that you made us looks like boneheads!

No one here is hating, we are just stating the facts. His car was NOT set up for a drag race. We all know he can't drive and he admiited it. He made the import world look stupid. That's why everyone is so pissed. Ricey shitty car, crappy driver, childish kids on show askin for 20lengths....and you say you have more track time they anyone here? For the love of god, why didn't you make him run slicks? If you are so track experienced you'd know if you had a boost problem or oil leaking. Oh and the "3rd" gear messed up.

i am with you joe, if the wastegate line was cut it would allow the car to run more boost

then said it was the boost controller line, but still it would work as a bleed and create more boost

also on the last race john did you guys do jared trick and just pull the wastegate line off?

the show begged me to run radials so it wouldnt break i dont know why i listened to them trust me doing this was the worst mistake i have ever made and the car was not ready to race, it would have been ready if someone would have did what they promised to do to the car, if anyone missed that post i had a pro driver lined to race and to install his parts in the car two days before the race i went to his house and nothing was done on my car except for the cage so the deal was called off, i wish he would have drove the car but oh well and rusted quarter panels wtf are you talking about???

If you were in over your head you should have backed out, period. Every contract has the ability to be broken; it's the American way! I'm not going to give you sympathy. Sure, it takes ***** to do what you did, but it takes brains and you have a severe lack in that department. Your buddies weren't helping, either.

Sabatoged the line

Man Today is your lucky day.
We have a track rental April 8th at cecil and theres plenty of spots left. $50 bucks a spot.
I'm a new member here and have a 06 SI. Just happen to also have a STREET Legal small block turbo mustang that runs well into the 9's on DOT Radials. I will be there with that car.
If you want a nice friendly race then come on down. I'll even let you keep your car

I did watch pinks last nite and was actualy hoping you would win.
