Default Forward facing oil drain

I just finished making my forward facing manifold for my d2b drag car. Running a holset hx35, I designed my manifold so that it left the turbo up a little higher so that I can actually get a decent drain angle. Now if I runs 90* -10 off the turbo, is that going to cause oil to "pool" like people claim, or will gravity/pressure forcing the oil out of the turbo overcome any "bends". I saw a couple companies that make 60* fittings so should I go that route? How are other people doing it?

Any reason you see that you can't use a 45* fitting off the bottom of the turbo?

I think I have one sitting around I can check, may fit, so long as the return doesn't level out too much as it needs the oil pan.
