Dyno tuning issue
You've got too much boost for that 3bar, you need to step up.
Hard "coupler blowing" pops are usually one thing, going really lean really fast. Remember, wideband has a delay, it reads what is coming out of the engine, not what's going in.
Being at 30psi on a 3bar you are basically running the same fuel and ignition as you would be at 28psi. You no longer have any control at those boost levels with that MAP.
The other option is ignition breakup, but ignition breakup usually isn't a slam like what you're describing. If you feel like you're hitting a boost cut or something similar, my money is on you spiking lean really hard. It acts the same way as a fuel cut would.

^^^ yea what you are saying is making a lot of sense i may step up the ignition and keep boost down see if i can make more power then up the map sensor if also needed
Ive made over 700+whp on a completely stock oem dizzy. Check the plug wires as well. My vote would be reaching the top of the map sensor readings. If its a GM style 3 bar, ive had problems with those give me a maxxed out feel at 26psi. Not the problem your having but having timing spikes and AFR issues after 26psi. Put an OMNI 4 bar on it and problems solved.

cool maybe ill start with the omni orrr just order both and install what ever comes first lol. Just talked to my tuner a little bit said i wanted to try more timing and keep boost lower or same as before 26psi area. He said fine might want to try some better fuel theres a 112 pump somewhat local so i may just run on that.
And thanks everyone for all the help and ideas, helps keep me going when i get frustrated.

E85 is out would neede a whole new fuel system to make the power and I don't think boost cut happened on 27lbs and I've seen the gauge hold eock solid at 30 but that was one of my first thoughts

Ok well I have something else to add was out driving the car just normal driving I'd let off the throttle and the a/f would go rich like 11s for a few seconds maybe 4 or 5 seconds before going lean like it normally does when you lift off. So idk if this is something adding to the problem or if my sensor on my wideband is just on its way out.
