Any VTEC head (GSR or B16). Even if you don't intend on using VTEC, which I'm sure you won't, they still flow better than LS heads.

Also agree, however if you plan to lock vtec as mentioned above, do not use LMA's at all. Speedfactory recommends against using LMAs with their locking pins because they push the rocker pads against the cams which can cause the oil film to be wiped away by the base circle which can cause wear issues.

Don't need to lock vtec at all and if you are on a budget skunk2 pro 1's are pretty good. I ran 8's with those and if you have a good budget and your heart is set on locking vtec I would get web cam pro's and be done. That kit eliminates LMA's and you no longer will have vtec, they are truly a really nice cam set.

I agree. If you are set on locking vtec then the webs are a better choice than locking with locking pins. First because the webs are just really good cams and youll make good power. Second because web cams use their own rockers and use one lobe per valve. Vs. locking and using the center vtec rocker and lobe. If you're running 85lbs springs, webs will basically be like 85lbs per rocker. Locking vtec will use one lobe on 2 valves and the pressure doubles. 170lbs of pressure for on one lobe can and probably will accelerate wear on the rocker pads or cam lobes.
