Default LS VTEC BUILD HELP!

I am about to do my first build its going to be an lsvtec stock sleeves balanced and polished crank (have it laying around from my sleeved turbo motor only 500 miles on it) wiseco 12:5.1 81.5mm pistons scat I beam rods type r oil pump/ water pump toda timing belt arp head studs for the head i have a b16 ported and polished head that im going to have a type r valve train (got it for free from my friend since he upgraded when he built his head) and I just picked up some type r cams today but I will probably just pick up some skunk 2 cams next week.

So my question is can anyone give me the torque specs and ring gap and any other specs I will need to build the block? Also any other tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated.
