blah..RE lists minimum box size for their sub. 2 cube for a 15" is kinda small don't u think? 3 cubes..3 cubes... lol

u can probably build the 1.3 cube box the same way elemental design recommends for the A-series. that long snake port for the lack of terminology. lol. try passive radiator yet?

Long snake, thanks for the compliment.

Yeah it was a 30 inch port. Ported 12's should be atleast 2 cubes IMO. Easier to deal with.

The 2 cubes will surprise you though. Also if you do the plots, you will see that there is not much of a difference above 2 cubes, unless you are a person that worries about box q. I don't personally, since a car will screww that up anyway.

well durr..plotting programs (like WinISD) only shows anehoic response which is completely thrown out the window when u put the sub into the car. i can show u an example of why it's thrown out the window, but its a long example and you know how lazy i am to type a really long response..that is unless i can find a way to cliffnote it. ahaha.

Well I started screwing and gluing last weekend. I just need to put on the front, top, cut holes and carpet. Basically 2 hours of work at most left if I take my time. After I put in my alarm on saturday. I will put in the box. I will try mounting my amp in the hole in the side where the stock sub goes. I saw someone else that had done that. Very stealth

The box looks menacing though. I am afraid of a puppy or a cat thinking the port is it's home.
