i belive its a box made in the shape of a cordless phone or an alarm clock. it all depends in how you want it to sound.

Maybe it's a cardboard box that a vtech phone knockoff comes in? You would tape it up really good, then cut the hole for your speaker with a razorblade, then mount with tape.

What's v-tec? We're talking about the consumer electronics manufacturer VTECH and subwoofer boxes modeled after their product boxes.

It's a shame the original poster hasnt come back to clarify anything. I'm extremely interested in getting one of these boxes for my car
