What is the make and model of the HU and amp?

Where is the amp mounted, and how?

Where is the amp grounded, and how?

What gauge of power and ground are being used for the amp, and what kind of fuse is in the power line for the amp?

Where and how are the power and RCA leads run? 94

Ground the amp correctly.

Make sure you don't have some bullshit spark plug wires.

Run an 18 gauge wire from the stereo ground to the amp ground.

Buy some real RCAs.
