Default Alpine Changer to head unit wire

Does anybody know if there is a wire that can go from and older changer to a new changer control head unit. the changer is a 5960 and the head unit is 2002 CDA-7893

how would I connect the two if there is no wire that changes?

yes, as long as they are like changers (m-bus or -Ai-net). i have both of them if you need one of them.

All I know is that on the changer connection it is a male, 8 prongs. 7 in a circle with one in the upper middle, and the one at the top above the one in the middle is missing.

The Deck says -Ai-net, is there a wire that will do both those, I think that if they were both AI then there would be no problem so I would guess that the changer is the M-bus type. Is that possible to connect both?
