Default DVd unit?

hey guys,

i just installed a dvd head unit and everything works but i cant watch DVD's..i tried connecting the head unit brake wire to the ground wire because i heard that what u have to do but still no results? i have a prelude and does anyone know what i hae to do to watch the DVD while the car is in motion? which wire i have to connect to?

I hope you only plan on using this for a passenger. Because i think i speak for the majority and say DO NOT watch dvd's while driving, its dumb, illigal, and your likely to kill someone...But so you can hook it up for your passengers, the brand and modle would be very helpfull.

its a CLARION VRX765VD...yea...im definitely not gonna watch it while driving..even though i hooked it to ground, it wont play when in park either.

it might have to recieve ground after its been turned on so put a switch to it. turn the car on and then hit the switch.

splice the weird green wire to any ground and it should bypass. This is how i installed my VRX815 and it works fine.

watching stuff while driving

watching **** in traffic with the volume cranked

Read page 35 of your manual, upper right, "note" under the warning about volume level of recordings. 94
