BTW: What do you guys think about this guage setup: http://prostreetonline.com/buy...uges/

They'd be hidden somewhere so that I could use them for data logging but keep them outta view normally.

I was thinking about making a template and putting it in the glovebox. I saw it in the A/C forum and realy liked it. Add a EGT next to it and I'd be good to go!

i personally think it would look a lot better flat black since the piping looks black and it would be some what of a sleeper

Eh... I personally can't stand those digital gauges, you can't read them quickly enough for them to be effective. You need to be able to see the overall condition of things with a glance. Also, you need to have them somewhere that you can see them without taking your eyes off the road, so putting them in your glove box is pointless.

The exhaust sounds good. But I would paint it flat black. Mine is flat black and I never get reved on. The ricers leave me alone. lol

Thanks for making up my mind on what exhaust to get! I just swapped in a DOHC ZC w/ZC trans into my 91 STD and have a RSR header. I was going to get the RSR exhaust but the WS sounds alot better than the vids I've seen of the RSR.

So unless someone has some good RSR vids I'll be getting the WS

Cool! You'll love it! BTW: I think I will put those guages into the glovebox. They will be mainly used as a diagnostic tool or as a way of seeing how stuff is doing from time to time. Thus I dont want it cluttering up my interior all da time.

I replaced all the spark plug and valve cover gaskets today, fixed my alternator belt squeal, and got the brake light harnesses necessary to do the "bumper light on all the time" mod.

No real updates quite yet... I just washed it and am ready to go to the meet tonight!

very nice start!
cars lookin better and better.
im just curious why not opt for the dohc zc engine isntead?
it seems like you spent the same amount of money with that sohc zc swap.
I've never driven a sohc zc myself, but I know for a fact a dohc zc pulls really strong in a light car and its low end power is just outright FUN for daily driving

Lack of $$$ man! The DOHC was about $200 more, so I couldn't get it. I was still in high school when I got it, so $$$ was not free flowing.

Just bought this off of eBay: It was only $30 shipped, so I figured why the hell not, beats my ghetto-rigged intake and will give me a couple horses.

I've got a couple of K&Ns to fit that if you need one.
