Damn dude sorry to hear about your motor

I cant believe the belt went like that, Ive never seen that before... The spacers look great too, but I def liked how the car was sitting before you lowered it again.

PS - did you really ditch the Recaros for black and red S2K seats??

Ya it came at a really crappy time, but everythings workin out so far and I'm gettin a lot of parts for really good deals for the rebuild But I hear you about the height man it is definitely more form than function right now, but with the motor rebuild I plan on goin back to more function, but still keepin it clean and comfy. I plan on ditchin the ground control suspension for some buddyclub n+'s

As for the Recaros I ended up selling them to a friend to switch to some buckets, but am still in the process of decidin on what I want and just happen to have a single s2k driver seat I got in a trade years ago that ended up comin in handy haha. I may even go back to recaros but go black/red stitch this time. Who knows I change my mind to much

Been doin a lot of buyin and sellin parts the past couple days...

The regas went to a new home yesterday and were replaced with these for now...

Super minty 4x114 16x7 +32 Enkei nt03's. Got these for a really really good deal. Plannin on pickin up an itr 4x114 conversion this week, then I'll start lookin for another set of regas down the road to go over the bigger brakes

Also picked up a clean oem itr intake mani with TB today

Along with a virgin p28 ecu

Gonna be havin lots and lots of parts comin the next few weeks for the rebuild so keep checkin back ya'll!

I plan on doin a complete bottom end kit minus rods. Probly just gonna run p30 b16 pistons to put the compression around 11:4 - 11:7 can't wait to feel the difference from my ls to a mild built ls/v with a nice clutch and lighten'd flywheel it's gonna be soo much fun this summer!

That sucks about your timing belt, same exact thing happened to me going to work 2 weeks ago, all the teeth around the crank were toast. GL with the rebuild.

Nice man Im glad everything is panning out ok! All the new parts are so mint! And Ive never seen a ventuli plate other than the catalogue photo... very cool...

I hear you on the seats, Ive been jumping between wanting a either a red or black pole position or a set of red or black DC5 recaros. So hard to decide what I really want.

Not sure if youve come across it but I started a new build, but check it out if you get a chance

Ya man me too! Seats are tough. I was gonna pick up some black dc5 recaros right when I sold my srd's but ended up runnin into some other crap I needed money for Been thinkin about buddyclubs, brides, status, recaros and spoons. Can't make a dang decision and am still tryin to decide how much I wanna spend haha.

But thanks man I am lovin havin fresh parts comin in the mail. Can't wait to put it all together. Its been a while since I got some work done on the teggy besides small stuff. I was soo stoked on that spoon ventuli plate. You wouldn't believe how I got my hands on it if I told you haha.

Yeah, I really want red but Im afraid it will be too loud. A big part of me wants to just grab a bucket and spend half the dough I would spend on Recaros

I think I just want buckets now cuz I've had recaros but then I think of how comfy recaros are and how uncomfy some buckets can be. Thats one reason im leanin towards the buddyclub wides. Cheap, comfy and look good still. Not as baller, but still fresh IMO.
