I picked up this 98, clean titled single owner, milano red Integra about 2 years ago and have just starting to make a lot of progress on it. Any comments and suggestions would be greatly appreciated

So this is what it looked like when I first picked it up:

What it looked like for a while after I got it.

Removed the spoiler, swapped the logos, dropped it on Tenabe springs w/ Rota GT3s

Stripped out my rear seats, cleaned it up a bit and laid down some sound dampening carpet. Total cost 16 bucks

Picked up an OEM ITR front lip from a local HT member

I got really really sick of the Rotas and decided to order some 15" Enkei RPF1s, Tokico Illuminas and some H&R race springs

Sold the Rotas for $600 and installed these

Notice the height before suspension was on:

<img src="http://a10.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/20/l_e518f33e05a75b94c5e92c1ed80183d1.jpg">

And after:

Stuff Installed:
-Momo champ wheel w/ Mugen horn button
-Momo hub
-98 spec JDM ITR cluster
-ITR boot and armrest
-Mugen 5mt **** (blue)
-Amber climate control
-New DStuning mats
-JHP plate frame

So after a little while I traded a guy straight up for an amber clock then bought an Si deck (which was a pain to install) so the whole dash lights in amber

Worth it IMO

Love these wheels!!

I don't know why, but I really like this pic ^

Purchased a new steering column cover to replace my old scratched up one:

New:

New:

It was finally a nice day in Oly, so I figured I'd clean the car up and take some pics.

Cluttered bay

I'm not a huge fan of the OEM fogs so I'm probly just gonna leave it with the lip. But its stock as of now

Picked up some brand new splash guards up for half price so I couldn't pass that up.

So I have decided to just paint the front lip myself because every body shop I went to was gonna charge me from $130 to $150, CRAZY!! Plus it's so close to the ground its gonna just get all chipped up anyways since its my DD. So yesterday I went out and bought some supplies for the job.

Heres how the lip sat when I first got it:

Everything cost me around $25 bucks, so even if it doesn't turn out perfect I'm not out anything and if it does turn out well then I'm set

So this is what I got: Any helpful comments would be greatly appreciated
-3 5 oz cans of Milano Red Duplicolor
-1 5 oz can of clear coat (may need one more?)
-2 sheets of finer grit wet/dry sandpaper

So once I got home I started wet sanding it, then I dried it off let it off and let it sit for like 10 min so it would fully dry. Then I dry sanded it and this is how it sits now:

So today I made A LOT of progress on the lip. Check it out:

First coat: Looks pink

Second coat: Starting to look better

Third coat: Coming along

Ran out of paint so I went and bought some more also got some 1500 grit sand paper for wet sanding.

Sprayed those 2 cans on and still needed more. So before I left to go buy more I popped the lip on to see how it matched up.

At the end of the night this is what I had: Total of 9 cans of paint, some dirty fine grit sand paper, and some nasty red tack cloth, oh ya and an ITR lip painted to match

Paint is complete, so tomorrow after school I'm going to wet sand, clear coat and polish

Total cost around $50 bucks, plus it was a fun learning experience I love doin stuff myself!

BUMP if you view

Ya I think the 9 cans really did the job lol. I was crazy to think 3 cans would work. But I got the clear on today. Check it out!

Thanks and I am dying to get that thing cleaned up. YOU HAVE NO IDEA lol

So today I made some progress on the lip today. I ended up using 3 cans of clear, and it turned out pretty good IMO. I also took off the bumper for getting it all mounted up easily.

Take a look: The pictures don't do it justice

As for tomorrow I will be doing the wet sanding with 2000 grit to get it nice and smooth and buffing it to bring out that shine.

BUMP IT!

So I wet sanded it and I think it needs some more clear coat but we'll see. I'll rock it for a while how it is. PLUS I'm gonna buff the **** out of it tomorrow after class we'll see how it looks after that.

So it went from this:

To this:

I think it needs more clear we'll see what happens after I buff it more tomorrow.

I don't what to do about center caps

w00t, whens the next local meet?

So I'm trying to figure out what kind of exhaust to get. There is soo many choices. I have almost made up my mind, but I just wanted some opinions.

Here are my choices:
1. Mugen twin loop
2. Spoon N1
3. T1R Power 63
4. Apexi ws2
