VTEC not activating!!!!!! Need Help!!!

Default VTEC not activating!!!!!! Need Help!!!
I got a 95' Honda Civic SI HAtchback..I just got the car about 3 weeks ago...I got a 2000 Civic SI B16A with a P28 (SOHC VTEC) ECU......The SPEEDO/TACHO work and i also tried another ECU but it still doesnt work...I also heard it can be the ditributor...NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!

that should fix ur problem and it may be your 02 sensor not connect

low oil pressure will cause this also

any codes. make sure vtec is hooked up, check oil pressure, and i suggest getting the ecu chipped to richen the fuel a little.

It doesnt read any problems on the diagnostics test...I think it just needs to be RE-Mapped...

Do you have a signal to the noid?

If so the noid could be bad or the little screen filter could be clogged.
