Default what engine do i have?

how do i know what engine i have? b16a, a2, or a3? i have a b16 setup in my da integra

Look on the block.. it should be stamped..

generally,

89 to half way through 91 = b16a
91 onwards = b16a2
Dont think DAs came with b16a3 unless some one swaped it in.

Well atleast thats how it is here in NZ but we only get JDM models.

As already stated.. Your engine code is stamped ON the block.

Yeah its a swap USDM tegs didn't come with b16. look on the block by your exhaust manifold on the lower left side.

Wrong, The B16A2 wasn't intrduced untill 99 in the US.


All JDM B16's from 88-95 are stamped "B16a" obd-0 and obd-1

USDM DEL SOL VTEC is "B16A3"

USDM 99-00 Civic SI is "B16A2"

B16B came in a JDM Civic Type-R

i c where it is. theres about a quarter inch of grease on it so i couldnt c it till i cleaned it off. u chumps dont gotta act like dicks!
