CTR cams and 2000-2001 ITR cams are identical, intake and exhaust.
ITR intake cams from 1999 and older have 3 degress less duration than CTR intake cams, but have the same lift as the CTR's.
I wouldn't worry about getting a CTR intake cam over older ITR cams for that small of a difference.
