The civic Type R intake cam is better; it's more agressive.

The exhaust cams are the same on the CTR and ITR.

isn't the ctr intake cam, just slightly better at that? like one or two degrees?

CTR intake cam has 3degrees more duration. The 01 ITR cam=CTR cam. Pre 01 ITR intake cams have less duration than the CTR ones.

BTW I have a CTR intake cam for sale if anyone is interested.

If I remember correctly, 2000-2001 ITR cams are the same as CTR cams. 1997-1998 ITR intake cam has 3 degrees less duration. Not totally sure..
