which cams are more aggressive?
civic type r or integra type r?and why? reason i ask is because i hear people talk about the ones in the civic for some reason. i do know that the civic type r rev's more, i think.

the ctr intake cam has a higher duration that the itr intake cam, but ctr cams are hard to find and expensive, but itr will also do the job just fine and are a little cheaper....

97-98 ITR intake cams just a little milder than CTR-the exhaust cams are the same.2000-2001 ITR intake and exhaust cams are the exact same cams.

01 itr and the ctr intake(exhaust the same )theres a bit differents like 1degree !
and if your traying to get the most hp then every degree counts
