spark, fuel and compression but no start
I am at a absolute lost to what is wrong with my car. This is honestly my last effort to get this car running again. for the past 2 months I can not find the issue with the car, it's 95 integra with a h23a (blue top) swap, it's also tuned on Ethonal and has the hondata cop kit. For whatever reason that I can figure out why it doesn't want to start, it keeps cranking and there's spark, compression and fuel. I just got the injectors working cause I jumped the ground wire to another ground location. I've cleaned out the injectors, got a brand new dizzy, starter, brand new spark plugs (7746 NGK).
wiring harness was shotty and redid it. I didn't redo the main trunk of the harness as it looked untouched. I also thought maybe it the battery but it sits a Duralast platinum so it's got maybe enough cca? main relay was also changed out. I don't know anymore, anyone please help out

How did you verify the injectors were firing?
Are you tuned on S300? Are you using the digital ethanol content sensor?

yes it's tuned on a s300 on a converted P06. no I don't have a content sensor nor do I have an 02 sensor. the car came like this and ran fine before. I was suggested that maybe the ecu is out but as of now I am completely broke cause I just bought a new car to get me to my new work I just started.

I thought it was that too but the cams are at tdc, I didn't look at the crank shaft pulley yet. it honestly could be that cause when shooting brake cleaner into the intake it back fires out the intake. I've read up on why that happens and people say timing is too advanced? could be the cpr as well I don't have any experience with them, the sync light isn't on when priming the car but then I goes and pluses 1/4 the speed of the ignition when cranking. is that right? I'll check if the crank shaft is in tdc later today, I got work rn but I will definitely update. I appreciate your time and help efi 🙏
