ref tickets?? please help

Default ref tickets?? please help

sorry i dont know where i such post this but since i have a dc2 i hope i can post here!!

I blown on the 710s, pulled over on the carpool since is close than i after an hour later chp pulled up . Since my hood is open he looked under my hood, wow... i didnt expect him to write me up a freakin ref tix for emission!!! lazyass fukking chp do nothing but take your money!! anyhow how much is the fine for emission this day??

anyways is going to couse me over @#$% for it to past emission so please if you pay it off latey please give your input!! thank you!!

I doubt emissions is a ticket you can just 'pay'.

you CAN just pay off a ref ticket. I just waited until the they sent me the ticket in the mail saying how much to pay it off. it was around 300 i believe. and no visit to a REF station needed! just wait in the mail for that ticket to come, and just pay the fee. and NO this will not add points on your driving record either. this was in Nor Cal too by the way.. dont trip..

i believe you can do this only 2 or 3 times before u really have to go to station

Are you sure it doesn't depend on what type of ref ticket it is? I don't know, I'm just asking. I thought ref tickets like emissions aren't something you can pay off.

IF it's emissions related AND isn't just because of a part that doesn't have a CARB then i have no sympathy for the OP

Anyway, i just wanted to say i feel bad for you guys in Cali. Sounds like emissions and all that **** really is a hassle. I'll deal with winter in order to avoid that bullshit

Its 350 and up, depending on the county. I got my ref apt. in a couple weeks, im pretty sure i'll pass though cause all my ish gots CARB OE stickers

The messed up thing is I heard that even if you get a certificate from the state ref. you still gotta pay like $200 for court and some other wack fees.

Got mine in ontario they will check serials on engine ur ride must be stock or carb exempt or else they will not test it and still charge u the testing fee. i had to appear in court they didnt send no amount to pay. reff tickets suck!!!!!!!!! Good luck.
