I know it's a year later but what a goddamn liar you are. Las Vegas streets and freeways are some of the worst ever with constant 24/7 construction and huge craters and dips. I drove there in 2001 and 2004 and they were crap, worse than SF.

 

Well i guess you'd better burn Honda down, because Honda certified it as a light-truck/SUV. There are different smog rules and weight rules that apply.

Personally, I think ALL car performance enthusiasts should get together and sponsor a bill to change the rules to allow engine swaps as long as the car is hooked up correctly and can pass a smog test.

Who cares if i want to run a Hummer H2 engine in my integra. As long as it passes smog and is safe. It would allow us to do what we want and it would allow Cali to collect extra fees on the certification process. Win-win if you ask me.

Honda certified it as a light truck. Ca and the rest of the nation recognizes it as a light truck. All SUV and mini-SUV bodies are rounded into the category of light truck which holds the same for the CRV's cousin, the Rav-4. You lose, dumbass.

im so glad i dont live in cali. we can have any motor we want and dont have to worry about emission if your car is 10 years or older and cops will never ask us to pop our hood
