Default Next upgrade?

I have a 97 gs-r and have added the aem cai, greddy evo cat back exhaust, and 421 dc headers. I'm now looking towards getting even more performance. What is the next usual upgrade after these steps have been taken? Cams? Larger throttle body?

If cams are the next upgrade, what cams work really well and do not require other drastic mods to work correctly. Also, are new cam gears needed when new cams are installed?

My friend got some Skunk 2 cam gears and after dyno tuning he went from 157.9 Baseline to 164.9 Hp. His torque went from 117.7 to 119.5. Of course every car is diffrent but I would get some camgears. As far as cams you could always pick up some Type-R honda cams pretty cheap I Imagine. Or if you have the money get some Jun or Toda's, But I guess now that your past the basic bolt on stage you might want to figure out if you want to go FI or NA. It will save you money later.
