Hey I just got a pair of crower cams off a buddy of mine, i was wondering if I put them in my LS with my stock Cam Gears would it be ok, and would i gain anything from it.

you would have to tune the cam gears to work with your cams on a dyno. putting on cams wont benefit you unless you adjust them to the best setting for performance according to your setup. i would recommend new cam gears as well. and make sure youre getting cams that work with your setup.
