Default JET chip

i was thinking of buying the JET chip thing where you send them your ecu and they send it back with that thing in it...whatever they do to it. what have any of you heard about it? is it a waste? it costs about 260 i think. any opinions?

waste, the only way to really tune your car is to have it done on the dyno, otherwise it is jsut a guess

if you talk to kenji (im not sure if he still hangs out in the eg forums) he might be able to help you out. he has a pretty good rep. but i'd suggest doing it urself. get teh software and hardware necessary to burn ur own chip and tune ur car urself. You will also need a wideband o2 with air fuel meter. IMO, best way to go, that way u can tune to optimum performance urself + u learn a thing or 2.
