can i get my ecu reflashed at a tuning shop to add hp and tq?

 

Its more than just that......You need to have some kind of tuning program such as Hondata or Neptune.
I don't endorse Crome/Uberdata.
You can run a "CHIPPED" Ecu but all they do is remove precious rev limiters, spike timing and air/fuel ratios. No CHIP programmer can make these 100% correct w/o a dyno and wideband o2.
There are other mods you can do that will help more......
