Default Hace a problem with my swap

I just completed a b18b1(integra ls) swap on my 96 civic...Since then i have gotten a check engine light ..I did my diagnostics and it gave me code 67...Which says my "Catalyst Sytem Effeciency Below Threshold"...When i reset my battery my check engine light goes away but comes backon after a while..What does that mean and what can I do to fix it?..Thanks
