Default engine/water temperature problem

hi there! i don't know if what i am experiencing is a problem. here it goes, whenever my car is in idle mode or in traffic, the temperature reads in normal level. but as soon as i start moving or in cruise speed, the temperature gauge goes all the way down, as in way way down. is this a problem? is there anything wrong with my thermostat or anything else. i am kinda glad that my car is not over heating but this is way too low of a temp. for a car running over 65mph. if there's anybody that can clear this up for me would be very nice. btw, this is a 96 integra ls. stock engine with 150,000 miles and short ram intake. no heavy mods.

don't worry about it as long as its not over heating

can you take a picture of it at what you consider "normal" and what you consider "way down" so we can see the difference you are talking about?

how do i bleed that. the hose that connects to the engine does not have a bleeder screw. is there any other way to bleed the cooling system?
