It can be a broken injector, or bad O rings...

I don't have it jacked up or on a lift** just yet, I'll have to wait and do that tomorrow when I go up to Honda.

Cool then keep me posted, I don't think you need a jack or lift to figure this out...IMO!

Hey man,

There are several things pertaining to idle control that can affect the engine's tendency to auto-rev.

Try adjusting the Idle adjust screw located at the top of the TB. The correct procedure for this is to pull the plug off of the MAP and adjust slowly a 1/4 turn and wait for a result. Once it appears that the engine has rested from it's auto-revving issues reset ECU and check again.

If that doesn't work you can actually physically change the position that the throttle plate stops at. It's called the the throttle stop. this actaually allows the engine to see more or less air in large volumes. More so than the Idle adjust screw. This however is very sensitive and should be done with care.

BTW I used to work at Auto Obsessions in PC before they closed. I've done some pretty interesting swaps here in PC. I've seen this a hundred times. I work out of my garage now. Hit me up on here if you can't get it and can't live with it.

Here's some of my work.
