Default Which cams to get?

I recently converted my car from auto to manual, so I need to change the cams on my b16. Could anyone recommend whats the best replacement for an increase in performance but still good for everyday driving.

the cams that are in it should be just fine. if u start into getting performance cams your guna have to get an upgrated valve train because it could cause some damage to your motor.

I don't think auto and manual cams are any different. If they are, the differences are minor and wouldn't make a difference as far as performance is concerned. Try gsr or type r cams.

An itr or ctr cam is a nice "performance" cam for a Daily Driver, but really even a gsr cam swap is a step up from the b16's......Just out of curiousity what car are you driving that has an automatic b16 swap in it?
