b16 cam question

i have a b16a sir1. i currently have gsr cams in. is there a noticable difference from gsr cams to type r cams? is it worth the trouble to put in the type r cams from the gsr's?

yes there is a difference going from gsr to itr cams. but you really need to get them tuned to get the most out of them, as with any cams.

00-01 itr and ctr cams are the same
