1st Gear
The b16 trannies have very short gears (especially if they're cable like mine) and help your motor rev up quicker. It's a lot of fun because what little bit of torque the LS and b20 blocks have can be utilized with the short gears, but the only downside is when you drive highway (and I do daily) you cruise at about 4000rpm's and 75mph. It's an excellent upgrade, but you have to think about gas mileage and a few other things before going for it. I like it though... even though my car just hums down the freeway every day.

I believe it was the original, the car only had 120K on it. It was completely gone, and the spring was hitting the flywheel bolts.
