Are you completely locked out of gear? As in you cannot shift to it period?
Does it grind when you try to shift?
You need to be as detailed as possible so we can offer useful help.

Re: Cant get into gear!! (slowcivic2k)
well ive recently bought this car for about a month, ran fine untill yesterday. car started up fine but when i pressed the clutch in and tried to shift, it just locked me out. it wouldnt let me shift into any gear. so i rolled the car back and finally got it to shift to first. drove it home safely. then again today, it locked me out. i noticed that my clutch pedal was really low, like it would engage or start moving with not even depressing the clutch for like an inch. basically theres no play when you depress the clutch. does that make sense? is it my clutch? whats up?

if it starts to move even when you have the pedal depressed it means that the clutch is not being dissengaged normally when you have a bad clutch it is due to excessive wear and wouldnt move the car even if you wanted it too so you need to look at the clutch master clyinder and slave clyider. always a good test but not perfect is to open the bleeder on the slave and have someone push the clutch in to see if there is any pressure at all but dont let the clutch up with out closing bleeder first. this will help with determining if it is primary or slave. if you have pressure try a slave clyinder first.

Re: (MonsterB20Ek)
bought it a month ago. i have no idea the tranny fluid has been changed.. but i pumped the clutch a few times and it goes into gear.. checked the fluids and its ok. not really dirty. its got a short shifter but i dont know.. im thinking about adjusting the clutch, cuz right now i cant feel any pressure when the clutch is pressed. so now my question is, how do you adjust the clutch?

Re: (jaydem7)
You cant adjust a hydraulic clutch, all you can do is fix the problem so like stated try to determine if it is slave or primary then you should get your pedal back assuming that your clutch is still in pretty good condition

well you can get a stock one or for a little extra money get you like a fidanza flywheel and clutch, not to expensive and I got them and love it grabs so great you have to relearn how to drive cause its either on or off and you get great launches with it. the only I would stay away from is centerforce with the wieghts on the pressure plate. they are supposed to push down on the disc under higher rpms to reduce slippage but it makes a horrible noise when the clutch is depressed at low rpms.
