either the button has some type of plastic tint to it

I think your control panel buttons are bad. Next time the AC goes off and the LED lights are dead try this.

Try to adjust the HOT-COLD , any change?
Try to adjust from FLOOR to VENT to DEFROST,...

The bulbs may be in a small socket. The socket is removed 1/4 twist. You will see the wire loop from the climate control back into the climate control. 2 Bulbs. Located in the Upper Part. Maybe like...

rockauto carries ANCHOR brand for all 4 mounts, BECK/ARNLEY only has the front and rear.
