The belt is around $35 from honda, It shouldnt take more than 30 minutes. Considering you do it right the first time I reccommend opting to purchase a tensioner release tool as well.

Most likely not, A sure fire way to tell on your car just look at the rear suspension on your car and see if there is a rack and pinion back there.
