they are stock 240s i have a aem wideband o2 i have hondata s100 but do you think that i need a tune if i up the throttlebody size that much ?

are you useing a stock replacement timeing belt ? if so mabee try to upgrade to a gates racing belt or a toda belt they are supposed to be much stronger then oem and replacements. but yes as said...

i used to run my gsr with boltons with a chipped p28 but was unsure of the chip i had in it. i also used that comp on a jdmb16 also with good results but if its a stock gsr a p72 would do just fine...

i would say if you are looking to build rebuild your motor if your looking to buy go with a bigger motor such as a gsr
