Re: How many times can a P75 head be serviced?

If i'm understanding you correctly, you're saying you can't fit a feeler gauge in between the rocker and the cam, no matter how much you loosen it? This means you've sunk a valve seat, so the valve...

Re: Effects of a Valve adjustment if done wrong

my 2 preludes and CR-V are loud as hell. But I got $500 knocked off when I bought the CR-V because of valve train noise;)

But I would recommend doing it yourself. about $100 in tools and a shop...

Re: Put my car in a ditch... now won't move forward. Clutch? HELP please

i think what you're overlooking is the fact that if the hydraulic system is bad, the car won't go in to gear at all. Definitely sounds like clutch issues.

Re: Do USDM Prelude/Accord internals fit into M2B4 transmissions? Failure pics inside

only H22 or H23 gears will work. F gears have the 5th gear machined differently, but why not just the F trans on there?

Re: Wire Tuck: Wire tuck gurus help me out. Pics included.

Just run them under the IM and leave them. I wouldn't invite that extra problem in.

Re: fuel pump options

I'd be worried about the longevity of these "pro" 044s. The Bosch 044 is an OEM pump, and they last forever. When some hack starts messing with it, I can't believe that they'll last near as long. ...

Re: Pressure plate has broken straps...

ACT clutches IMO, are junk. So thats your first problem, I have seen a bunch with broken parts. We sent back one for warranty replacement on a 5th gen that was in the car for about a week and broke...

Re: Lost Vss signal. broken trans?

Damn, sounds like you broke the VSS gear on the diff, how strange...I can't remember if they're pressed on or not so it may have just come loose. But it sounds like the transmission needs to be...

Re: removing timing belt pulley to change woodruff key

They're on there with tight tolerances, you just need to wiggle it around and try and get it out. Its easier if you can get the woodruff key out and spin the pulley on the crank. But spray some...

Re: Any reputable engine rebuilders?

You just have to pull a plug out of the cylinder head mating surface on the block, H22 crank timing gear and water pump, and I think thats it.

Re: Any reputable engine rebuilders?

Blacktrax is in Milpitas.

And you aren't going to do anything really unique without going super crazy. I would just throw an H22 head on it, get some nice rods and pistons on the 23 crank, and...

Re: Aquifina, Mfactory Customer Service

That really takes a LOT of work to clean that, if I were doing the work, a cleaned up bellhousing would be an extra charge.

But Aquafina seems to be a pretty stand up guy. Its good to hear that...
