V-V Clearances were fine. V-Piston clearances checked out fine on the dyno after being clayed.
The cams degree'd fine, and valves/pistons were physically inspected with a boroscope for damage after...

you have air in your lines... bleed your brakes, then bleed them again.

The reason the pedal sinks when you have the vehicle running is becasue the brake booster reduces the amout of pedal...
