in my hatch under my seats were getting wet and it came all the way from the tailights. I too did the new gaskets, but the clear silicone on the top corners of the taillights is what helped it. Try...

Not really following you since I measured the two rails and they are not the same size. If I try to re-drill the existing brackets, it won't line up. Do you have any pics so I can get a better...

OP (other person)? do you mean the insepction station? if this is what you mean then NO. The inspection station was fine. do you have a mini me? what ECU and Engine are you running?
