Re: GSR all-motor build

The dyno numbers will depend where you go but (lets call it ^^) actual numbers, you should hit the upper half of your goal.

Iridium has a better tip. V power is just the flat copper tip. ...

Re: HEADERS FOR A B18B1

Im hard of hearing so it helps me understand him.

A header alone will hardly do anything if at all. Since you intend to use more than one however you might have better luck. ^_^ All said...

Re: first teg, gsr with a type R engine swap

He has a 98 though so the immobilizer is a non issue. If you were just responding to the subject then i withdraw my comment. :)

What he^ said. Thats obd2b.

FCM has a great write up on how to troubleshoot the ignition system. Should help direct you on where to look. All the no start threads and guides should also help...

Re: 99 Integra 2dr vs. 4dr Catalytic Converter

Maybe i can provide some additional info. The cat lengths from all years (gen3) is the same. The bolt pattern on the gsr (and i think itr) are different. Inlet side is horizontal on non vtec and...

Re: OEM JDM HID Into 98-01 USDM Headlights

You already have aftermarket hid's. This is a waste of time and even if you didnt have hid's this would still be a waste of time. You need 9006 bulbs. See your identical thread on TI for more info.

Re: gsr exhaust set up

Stock sized cat is smaller than that. You need a correctly sized cat for those pipes. Get one or a test pipe with the right size. If you get parts to match your oem size dont even bother.

Re: DC Sports vs. Weapon-r Headers

First, just like they said, if youre running a carb legal size header its a waste of time. If you want some decent performance you need to get a header with the large collector and accommodating...

Re: skunk2 cams for a 99 gsr

Run what you got or keep it simple. The more seat time you get the more you'll be thinking about improving/tweaking its handling characteristics than how much faster you can make it go in the...

Re: Will a Skunk2 Pro Series Intake Mani be good for this setup?

So what youre saying is you already wasted money on this build, why not go the distance? I understand. And i did not give you advice on a gsr build but if you dont think it important to understand...

^ stock specs need no tune, just tune ups. When you do need stuff done check out Raceline USA in temple city. Dyno facility, parts etc etc.

Re: skunk2 cams for a 99 gsr

If youre going to track the car, worry more about suspension and tires than additional power. Speed is in handling and control before power on the ground. On the other hand im assuming you mean...

Re: Will a Skunk2 Pro Series Intake Mani be good for this setup?

Personally i wouldnt have build a non vtec motor, outside of boost. Halfaknee covered my thoughts in his statement so ill just second his post about the manifold. Built for top end gains. Longer...

Re: Bored at current power level, but im in nazifornia

You cant compare a very mild all motor build to boosting. Thats quite a jump in power (and cost) so if all you want is a little more kick then go with the cam upgrade. Anything more than that and...

Re: tire size help needed

205 is wider than 195 and that is my preference. However it should be mentioned that some tires still run larger than stated. But that would get down to technical measurements. Of course there are...

Re: tire size help needed

Im on 205/45 cus i want the contact patch. If you want more clearance get 195/45. The lower you are, the more clearance you probably want. 40's are too skinny for ME and imo only work for...

Re: How to: Install ASR subframe brace and ITR sway bar on DC2 Integra

Going to say thanks for the write up since i used it to install my 24mm asr bar and brace. I went with asr's recommendation drilling out both holes instead. I was missing my 3/8" bit and had one a...
