jegs, 8 switch arc panel is 260. Solenoid is 114 and bought a few 50ft things of painless wire. All the connectors are the deutsch style kind from jegs or summit.

I have an arc panel/relay board, got rid of all the wiring except I reused the section of wire that goes to the back of the car for the tails.

You should setting castor up top because moving it from the bottom is just smashing the bushings one way or another. If the lca only had one pickup point it would be ok, but with 2 its not the ideal...

We'll see if it was the real cure, I'll bump this thread if it does it again. Torch is a ck-9 that has been abused hard for a few years. New torch is same size rated for 125 amps instead of 90....

Took it to central welding and we swapped out all the pieces on the torch so he could make sure it wasnt leaking. The oring on the back tore when he took it out so he thought it was leaking even...

Fresh tank from airgas, same thing. Also gave it a shot on stainless and its all gray. Used just enough heat to get some 1/16 filler to melt and had post flow on for 8 seconds. I did two small pieces...

My understanding is on thinner stuff you end up putting too much heat into the material to get the filler to melt, so fusing it is actually better on some stuff.

You need to be an 02/07 or 02/10? manufacturer to build them but only can sell to police/military. The easiest way tho is to live in a friendly state and buy a transferable machine gun that was made...
