there are 2 many things to check to just diagnose it with such little information..,
what cylinders are misfiring? have you checked the valve adjustment? the cam timing? was there oil in the spark...

actually your wrong honda does make a top engine clean and also had maintenance intervals for brake fluid along with power steering fluid.. with that said to fix the codes i would just get the pcm...

did you check to see if the thermostat is opening? are both coolant hoses getting hot? by shorting the plug to the switch and the fan coming on it means the wiring and relays are ok.. if you checked...

if you unplug the connector at the compressor with the ac button pressed do you get 12V? because your car is overheating the ac is not working correctly.. you have to figure out why its overheating...

the radio is not too hard to take out,, my guess would be a bad connection in the back most likely just tied and taped.. my advice would be to redo all the connections see if the problem goes away

im not sure about "factory bypass".. but the only bypass situation i can think of with aftermarket alarms is when you get a remote start. the bypass meaning you need a valet key to put in the unit...
