This valve cover issnt powder coated its a special kind of spray paint. and i live in the netherelands Europe.. so i dont think i can help you.. pm me if your still interested in some more info.

not all the Dizzys fit the HEAD.

we used an Delsol VTI VTEC dizzy that came on a B16A2 engine with a P30 ecu

and that fitted nicely the Delsol ESI SOHC Vtec dizzy wont fit the Head.

i dont know.. the dude who sole the turbo said it was from a volvo s40 but the guys at the volvo dealer dont know the turbo..

ye sthat helped so if i place a manual air regulater i should screw it almost shut and from there i should open it to set the boost level.

try to dremel the wastegate weldings away.

and you can cut teh wastegate flange and place it somewhere else.
