check for switched acessory yellow/red ( may look almost white due to age of wire)
also look for possible blown fuse in fuse box under dash as well as under hood fuse panel.

all viper systems have a wire that gives ground when armed. on the 5xxx series you can also configure another output to do the same but you need a bitwiter.

Honestly it depends on what you are connecting.
As stated any superior connection will OUTPERFORM a poor one. If you crimp -look at kliens-thomas and betts-channelock.

connecting the wire is one thing...you have to TEACH the system the tach signal in order for proper operation. This is for any system.

okay its simple....

You have blown your ACC circuit fuse. On JVC head units if the acc line fuse is blown or power is removed you can still EJECT a disc...but radio will NOT power up.

2 things

a bypass module is needed primarily to do remote starts....but in the case of the accord and interface module can help you by interfacing with the oem alarm instead of you running wires...

well based on the specs

subs are 350W rms (single 4 ohm voice coil) each. So 350x2 (paralleled coils= 750w @ 2 OHM)

the amp is 750W rms @ 2 OHM

So basically its actually a pretty good...

.75 (3/4") would be ideal or you could do .5 ( 1/2").

The only issue i see with mdf is that by nature its porous and will soak up any moisture in the door (doors let in water) and will expand....

Portable:

- Cheaper
- easily installed and removed.
- great short term solution.

While some claim success with that connection I have hundreds of documented cases of failure with it. Until DEI can get it correct I advise...
